Share Your DREAM Friday!
It is with great pleasure that I bring to you today’s Special Guest Dreamer The GREAT Ashely Anne Jorn!
I had the blessing to meet Ashley at the No Excuses Summit Las Vegas back in April 2011 with fellow Share Your DREAM Friday Alumnus The GREAT Lorri Ratzlaff. We were walking around the conference asking people to share their dreams with us on video. Ashley agreed and was featured back in may on the No Excuses Summit Edition of Share Your DREAM Friday.
Ashley is a wonderful woman who has experience more obstacles in the first 25 years of her life than most people experience in their entire time on this earth. She choose to fight back with determination and persistence to live the life of her dreams.
In getting to know her the past few months, it shows in all the things that she shares.
Now Ashley is telling her untold story for the first time on video and have the pleasure of bringing it to you today through this platform of Dream Sharing Magic!

The GREAT Ashely Anne Jorn – Share Your DREAM Friday
Hey there! To start, I’d like to thank The GREAT Edward for allowing me to participate in this project. We met in April, 2011, at the No Excuses Summit in Las Vegas. Edward has really inspired me to share my dream with the world, and for that I am very grateful! He is a very unique, genuine and kind person and I’m lucky to have connected with him. It’s not every day that you come across a person so passionate about putting a spotlight on OTHERS 
I’m a Fit Life Coach, a Certified Tutor, an Education Coach and a writer. To say the least, I have a lot on my plate! Health, wellness and education are my biggest passions.
I grew up in a small town in south-central Illinois, and lived in Chicago for 7 years before relocating to Orange County, CA. I went to school at DePaul University, where I studied business and finance for 3.5 years and history for 2.5 years. I graduated with a history degree in June of 2010. I loved school, every single year of it, and now I’m enjoying my days as a student of life! I was certified as a tutor in 2009, and I’m planning to pursue certifications in nutrition, personal training and life coaching in the very near future.
My dream is to inspire others to take action, create change in their lives, and to inspire others to do the same in the process. It really stems from a period of struggle in my life that I detail in my dream video. My experience made me a much stronger person, most importantly on the inside. I like to share my story with those that let their self-imposed limitations keep them from living a fulfilled life.
My goal is to inspire one person every day. I have a huge vision for myself, and for everyone that I come into contact with. I believe that if we all practiced this, and aimed to be more kind and generous to those around us, the world would be a truly amazing place.

Glad to have you in the Share Your Dream Community. I must have missed this part in the video, but did you totally recover from your knee issues? I can’t imagine having surgery that you didn’t need. That is so crazy. Keep moving forward and hope to see you in some of the comment threads.

Thanks so much for your comment! Unfortunately my genetic disorder will always be around … it’s now in my hips and shoulders, as well. However, it’s something that I work around and it gets a little bit better with age! I don’t let it hold me back from doing anything anymore, and I find that I notice it less and less. Also, the more active I am, the less pain and stiffness I have — pretty good motivator when it comes to getting in shape!

I agree with you Theuns, Ashley have such a good attitude and saying that a single word can change a persons life forever is totally true, sometimes we learn just for a single word that could make us think waht is the right thing to do. Am i right?
