Way to stick to what the universe is sending you and that includes the change in your DREAM! Great lessons do happen in life and WAY TO GO and be flexible!
Nancy
Thank you Nancy! I’m feeling a great sense of confirmation once again, that putting it out there, changes and all, is exactly what I’m meant to do! Thanks so much for sticking around for the whole thing! It got kind of long! lol … I think we laughed a LOT!
Letting your dream change just means you are listening to your instincts. Those little nudges are great. A great interview. Way to go Lorri.
Thanks Nicole! It sure was fun!
It’s so encouraging to hear you, and others, say that the change in direction is not necessarily a bad thing!
Lorri,
I can relate to you on so many levels. I was a single mom from the time my son was born. I know how difficult it is to have to do it all yourself and also, to do it on one income. Our society today is set up for dual income families and this makes it especially difficult for single parents.
I love that you said that your dreams are ‘a process’. We are constantly evolving and our dreams are not exception to that evolution. Sometimes the Universe has a different plan for us or a different path for us to follow. Being able to go with it – be open & go with the flow – is the key!
Awesome interview!!!
Ed – love all of your new photos, both here on your blog and on Facebook!!
Thanks for the amazing response Wendy! Wow, I didn’t know your story. Yes, you are indeed right when you say this society is set up for dual income … definitely has been a struggle but you find ways, and you MAKE ways!
My online business is definitely a way I’m making!
Thanks to Ed, and others within my new world of online friends, I have more support and clientele than I’ve ever had before. All part of the process!
Wonderful Interview Lori. It is so great to hear that you are doing so well and being a single mom, very inspiring. I need to put more of my dreams out there like you were talking about. Thank you for sharing your journey and how things have come together. You have inspired me to keep moving forward and planning and getting out there and letting things happen and trust and believe they will happen. I look forward to hearing more of your journey.
Love always
Julie Elliott
Hi Julie — thank you so much for your kind comments!! Life isn’t easy, is it! Especially when there are children involved! I think, from what Edward has told me, that you are a wonderful person and mom and everything!!
Stay on your path my friend, you WILL get there … we ALL will!! It may meander a little, but eventually we’ll all end up where we’re supposed to!
Lorri, great to see your progress. Especially with all the other tasks that are on your plate. Keep it up. You are an inspiration for many!
Thank you Karin — that actually gives me goosebumps when you say that!
Lorri, I like how you chalk things up to a process and being open to change and opportunity and evolution.
It’s all a process — one that I’m grateful to have the opportunity to live through!
Lori & Edward,
What a great interview! It’s nice to see that it’s certainly ok to change your dream especially when an even better one comes along.
I love to plug for meditation and glad to hear that you both get great benefits from it. I’ve been working towards doing it each day but haven’t made it a regular practice yet. I am more motivated to do so after hearing from both of you.
Thanks Lorri for sharing your experiences with us and revealing the changes that have occurred since you shared your dream. Dave and I wish you the best as you move towards your new dream!
Thank you Edward for creating the platform for sharing our dreams and reporting our successes!
Dawn and (Dave)
I’m SO glad no one has teased me, or not yet anyway, that I couldn’t remember the WORD meditation! LOL I felt SO stupid about that one!
I am fairly new to it myself Dawn, but really have noticed that I just FEEL better on the days that I practice it. I generally do it first thing when I wake up in the morning. Just breathing and focusing … I’m looking forward to getting much MUCH better at it! I’d certainly give it a go if I were you
Isn’t Edward the greatest?! I just love how he has reached out and touched so many people!
Thanks for your kind remarks Dawn!
Lorri- Nice interviewI like the way you balance your life but are free to experience new things and accept what life has to offer instead of closing life off.
Thanks Gary! Yes, I am not one to ever shut myself off … well, I should say I am not anymore. Years ago I was like that (many years ago) and I was just a very unhappy and unfulfilled person. This was is far more exciting!!
Hat’s off to you, Lorri, for working full time, being a single mom, and pursuing your dream! With your winning attitude you will succeed. Life is like sailing—you are constantly adjusting your course. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Thanks Darlene! I love that analogy to sailing! It makes so much sense … good thing I LOVE sailing!
I love when my dream changes. I see it as a sign the Universe has something even greater in store. Good for you! {{hugs}}
That’s totally how I feel Debbie!! Something bigger and better and suited just to ME!!
Thanks for your awesome support my friend!
Lorri & Ed,
It’s so good to hear when dreams are beginning to show up when you step into a bigger picture and keep going no matter what!
Val
You got that right Val, no matter what!
Lorri and Edward, Love this interview. It’s so important to know that our dreams are not set in stone and that everything truly does happen for a reason. Sometimes our dreams go away and it’s so easy to get discouraged and quit. One Rule: NEVER QUIT.
Who cares how many times we start over. Who cares how many times we THINK we fail. It’s never a failure, we just figure out how not to do it.
God will let us know when our dreams and goals are right in the most uncanny ways.
Edward I appreciate you doing these interviews, they’re so helpful in helping us all crystallize our dreams and goals!
Lorri, thanks so much for sharing and being open. It’s all good!!!
Hey Debbie,
Thanks for stopping by and checking out Live Your DREAM Monday! I totally agree that God knows in his time what is to be! I am grateful for that in my life. Consider sharing your dreams on Share Your DREAM Friday! It would be great to have you as a Special Guest Dreamer.
Keep living your dreams.
Make it a great day!
God Bless,
The GREAT Edward!
I LOVE this “Who cares how many times we start over. Who cares how many times we THINK we fail. It’s never a failure, we just figure out how not to do it.”
Amen to that!!!
